What Digital Permit Book does

One app for the paperwork that follows every truck: registration, permits, insurance, driver files and inspections. Upload once, and the right documents show up for the right vehicle and driver.

The driver taps once and every document an officer asks for is on the screen: cab card, IFTA, 2290, insurance, annual inspection, permits. No digging through a binder.

Documents follow the vehicle

Assign a driver to a truck and trailer and the right files move with them. Swap units and nothing has to be re-uploaded or re-printed.

Expiration alerts

Alerts 30, 15 and 7 days before any document expires, so renewals happen before a roadside stop finds the lapse.

Works offline at roadside

Documents are stored on the device, so the inspection screen opens at a weigh station with no signal. Changes sync when the truck is back online.

Upload 1,000 documents with AI

Drop a folder of PDFs and photos and the AI reads each one, names it, matches it to the unit or driver and pulls the expiration date. Fleets go live in a day.

Syncs with your ELD

Connects to Samsara and Motive so vehicles, drivers and odometers stay in sync. Fleet plans start at $50/month with no contracts.
